I have a distinct feeling that someone will be wearing this last dress at the Oscars. We'll have a wrap up of all the fashion hits and misses from Sunday night first thing Monday! See you then!

Oscar de la Renta "Ready" for Fall
I'd be totally remiss if fashion week went by and we didn't talk at all about Fall Ready-to-Wear 2013. Trends included shades of red, plaid, cutouts (amazing, if done tastefully), rounded shoulders, and fur! Since I'm a little behind, I figured I'd show you some highlights from my all-time favorite designer, Oscar de la Renta. One day I will own a little Oscar, but until then, window shopping will have to suffice. Feast your eyes on this!

Runway Review- Zac Posen
As you may know, Fashion Week is in full swing in New York City. Usually I am on top of the shows and am quick to bring you a recap of my favorite collections, but this year I am a bit behind. Better late than never though, right?
Let's start the Spring 2013 RTW review off with Zac Posen. The silhouettes are figure flattering, the details intricate and the colors exquisite.
As always, the designers save the most show stopping looks for last. Coco Rocha is stunning!

Save The Best For Last
If you follow C&C, you are well aware of the fact that I die for Oscar de la Renta, so it is only fitting that I save the best of NY Fashion Week for last. While his collection received some criticism for being a bit old fashioned (in part due to the styling), I am and always will be, a fan of all things Oscar. Here are some of my favorite looks from the Collection.

Full Frontal Fashion
Fashion Week is in full swing, and Sundance Channel is giving all of us fashion die hards an inside look into the blood, sweat and tears that goes into the 24 hours before a runway show in the TV series The Day Before. The series features some of my favorite designers like DVF, Nina Ricci and Narciso Rodriguez.
Here's a sneak peek at DVF: The Day Before.

Fashion's Night Out
Tonight New York celebrates the start of Fashion Week with Fashion's Night Out. For those of us who can't be there, we can still participate by getting a piece from the official Fashion's Night Out Collection. The hoodie is my favorite.

I love this photo of Sarah Rutson that was taken during Milan Fashion Week. The dress is spectacular and the shoes equally so.

Hot Fun in the Summer Time
Swim fashion is hot in Miami at The Raleigh Hotel as it hosts the Mercedes Bend Fashion Week from Wednesday through tomorrow. Brands include Tibi, Diesel and Ed Hardy. If the models take a spill on the runway, at least they made a splash landing!
