Splurge vs. Save

With unusually HOT weather earlier this week in Portland (85 degrees on Sunday and Monday), I was able to wear my new favorite tank tops, the Old Navy Women's Perfect Rib-Knit Tank. These tanks are awesome for working out, kicking around and for layering. They are fitted and have 4% spandex which is the perfect amount of stretch, and they are nice and long. I usually workout in the Nike Dri-fit Rib Tank (which I love), but they sell for $30. The Old Navy Tanks range from $6 to $8.50! I can hands down say they are comparable. Here are a few of the colors/patterns.

Anthropologie Overload

The Mini Fashionista and I went on a little shopping outing last week and spent some time browsing through one of my favorite stores, Anthropologie. There were so many fabulous things it was near overload. Here are a few of the items I found especially enticing.

Would you spend $350 on a tank top? Apparently a lot of women would....as this $350 tank from J Crew is sold out! Go figure!

Tricked out Tanks

This Haute Hippie tank is a tank and a fabulous necklace all in one. Despite how fabulous it is, the price is quite high, so I went in search of a few more affordable options. They are cute, but I have to admit...I really like the expensive one best. But a $495 tank top?
