We Heart You

No trip to Sun Valley is complete without visiting Consign Design. This time both Katie and I had great success! And as always, we left some amazing treasures behind....

First, what I didn't bring home with me: an incredible Chanel jacket, red Miu Miu heels and Prada hombre flats, if only they had been a 1/2 size bigger. Anyone who wears a 38, they are still there! 

And sadly, I left these three beautiful dresses behind as well. 1) Bianca Nero $85 2) Nanette Lepore $75 and 3) Horse Print Dress (I can't remember the brand) $40

I don't leave until tomorrow, and I am very tempted to go back for Bianca Nero. 

Here is what I did come home with, this fantastic DVF blouse for $40! 

 

Katie scored this beautiful Phillip Lim coat jacket and a pair of Dolce & Gabanna trousers!

Piperlime Hits the Street

C&C regularly features fun and young designers selling on Piperlime. For those of you not enticed by online shopping, this fall Piperlime will open its first retail store in New York City; a 4,000-square-foot store at 121 Wooster Street.

Splurge vs. Save

A few weeks ago I saw this fabulous magenta color Nanette Lepore Ruffle Coat. Despite my love for the color and the fabulous ruffle, a $498 coat is not really in my budget. I put it on my pinterest wish list and then moved on (sigh....)

Then my friend BH sent me a photo of the fabulous coat she got at Target. When I visited Target's website I found that it also comes in pink! It's similar to the Nanette Lepore Coat and only a fraction of the cost!

With the impending 90 degree weather and the launch of the Spring 2010 collections, it's hard to think about Fall Fashion. Nanette Lepore's Spring line is full or color and texture, and I LOVE it!
