Holiday Hotness

Lauren Conrad posted this dress on pinterest (here) last week, and I couldn't help but think how fantastic this would be for New Year's Eve. It sort of looks like the model forgot her pants, but I'm sure she's at least 5'9 or 5'10 so I think it would look more dress (and less shirt) like on me! 

Best thing about this dress...the totally ridiculous price of only $46.50!

Paper Crown

When reading an article about Lauren Conrad in the July issue of Luck Magazine I was introduced to her new clothing line Paper Crown. I have to admit, I am sort of an LC fan.

So, what's the verdict on her newest venture? 

Here Today, Gone Tomorrow

It is inevitable that the lace trend will soon be a thing of the past. That is why I try to save most of my shopping dollars for classic pieces and spend less on those items that are here today and gone tomorrow. This lace jacket from Kohl's is a great way to follow the lace trend without breaking the bank.

These Mike & Chris Horatio Crossed Strap Sandals are similar to the Miu Miu sandals that Lauren Conrad wears, and they are only a fraction of the price (on sale for $194).

Monogram Me

I am not always a fan of monograms, but they definitely have their place in fashion. Here is one monogram I would wear, Jennifer Zeuner's monogram pendant ($242).

Cardi Wednesday

Lauren Conrad has launched her new clothing line at Kohl's, LC Lauren Conrad (original name, right?). This boyfriend cardigan is cute and only $44. If LC would wear it, I suppose I can entertain the idea.

Shoe Obsessed

I have been on a bit of shoe kick lately....I guess really it is an everyday addiction, but for some reason I just can't get enough of the amazing shoes for summer and fall. I am obsessed with these Miu Miu sandals that LC has been wearing all summer. Just $595 and they could be mine!

BTW, she looks great in all three of these outfits!

Blonde to Brunette

Lauren Conrad was spotted on the set of a photo shoot for Harper’s Bazaar, but she didn't look like her usual self! The magazine changed her signature blonde hair to brunette tresses. But even a wig wasn’t enough to disguise the famous reality star. I think I prefer her as a blonde...

Dressed to Depress

Usually Lauren Conrad is dressed to impress, but this is just depressing! Apparently LC's dress for the MTV Movie awards arrived and it didn't fit. So at the last minute she had to find a new dress. Seriously...that girl's closet has to be like shopping at Barney's, and this is what she came up with?
