C&C in the Kitchen

It's been a while since I posted a smoothie recipe. This one has become my daily favorite, so I thought I would share it with you.

I'm kind of obsessed.

1 banana
3 dates (remove pits)
1/4 cup oats
1 cup almond breeze (or milk of your choice)
1-2 Tbs nut butter (I use almond or peanut butter)
1 Tbs flax seed
1 Tbs Chia seed
5-6 ice cubes

You can also add 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice if you are feeling like a holiday treat!

Put it all into the blender or Vitamix and just minutes later you have a healthy and delicious breakfast treat!

This is also a great combination of ingredients for overnight oats!
