What I Wore

A few weeks ago I had a work trip to San Diego. And a bonus - I got to catch up with old friends and make a visit to a crazy cute and reasonably-priced shop - Mimi & Red (thanks MM & MM for the tip!). I bought two dresses, a shirt, and a necklace all for $150!

I'm not really a bird person (got a dog?), but a navy and white bird dress is another story. It's perfect for the hot and humid D.C. summers.

We all know I have a huge thing for stripes. This black and white stripe tank is SO versatile. In fact, I've already worn it out and to work. 

And last but not least, this necklace for the bargain price of $18 seemed like a good statement piece for summer. 

I've got one more dress that you'll have to wait to see. I'm breaking it out for a goodbye fiesta we're throwing later this month for one of my D.C. besties (who writes Courcy Inspired Design).
