As women (and let me generalize here), we are good at building others up and yet when it comes to being our own greatest cheerleaders, we often fall short. I know I'd never say the things I say to myself to another person...sometimes, I can be down right mean. Why is that?
Today, and every day, let's try to be nicer to ourselves. We're pretty amazing women.
