The other day, one of my colleagues had on this darling Split Diamonds Shift Dress from Anthropologie. She had it paired with a simple black cardigan and basic black pumps. It was a great dress for work, but could also be perfect for a wedding shower, or other weekend events. Thanks Trula for sharing this Tribal gem and for being my muse!
