Desinger Profile- Katie Ermilio Take Two

I am Smitten... Again. Thanks to Coco+Kelley's post last week for reminding me of Katie Ermilio and her amazing designs. I featured Katie in a Designer Profile back in 2010, and since then she continues to do great things. For those of you who weren't follwing C&C back in 2010..let me catch you up.

What is there to know about Katie Ermilio, besides the fact that her clothes are to die for? Well, let's start with her family's history in fashion: Her grandfather was the personal clothier to Grace Kelley and her father owns Ermilio Clothiers, a bespoke men’s-wear shop in Philadelphia. Add to that internships at Vogue and Teen Vogue, and you have yourself the makings of a fashion designer. Did I mention she's only 26 years old!


Ermilio's designs are classically tailored with a total "Gossip Girl" in mind. I can easily see Serena and/or Blaire in her clothes. Here are some looks from past collections.
