Today I'm beginning a four week "health challenge" with my friend and health coach Jessica Cassity.
My goals for this challenge have nothing to do with weight loss or exercise. They are about achieving better overall health. So I have decided to set 10 goals for myself. She may say that is too many, but some of them are interrelated.
Along the way Jessica will be helping to identify the things in my life that might be getting in the way of me achieving these goals. I can't wait to report back at the end of the 4 weeks on how I am doing.
Here are my goals:
1. Get fewer headaches
2. Get more sleep
3. Eat more veggies
4. Eat less sugar
5. Less tech time (computer + phone)
6. Read a book more
7. Eat to fuel my body, not to fill the time
8. Foam roll every day
9. Drink 2 liters of water per day
10. Be present for my daughter and husband
So here's to a healthier and happier me in 4 weeks!
