First Lady Style

Last week I attended a luncheon for work and had the opportunity to meet First Lady Michelle Obama. While we don't talk politics on the blog, we do talk fashion, and hers has been closely followed since her husband was elected into office.

Mrs. Obama was very pretty, fit, sincere, and tall in person. She was wearing a 1950s silk dress from New York Vintage that she wore on the cover of Essence magazine in 2011. I love that she wears things more than once, just like the rest of us.

Out of focus, but you get the point.
