I think I may have found my new favorite flats, Tieks! The foldable split-sole design is compact and lightweight, making it easy to bring your Tieks along when you are in heels. When you need to take off your heels, you can pull these beauties right out of your purse!

If/when you do get them, will you report back? I have found on similar pairs that the elastic rubs awful blisters around my heels. I would love to find a pair that doesn't, but I don't want to go through the pain to find out!

ReplyDeleteSee that Gap has a similar series, I have bought mine in Marseille, France in July for 10 EUR, in sales - originally they should have been 20 EUR, so around 30 USD. They are very nice, made of leather, come with a bag to store them in. Same two parts sole. I believe they were called city flats. Not so many colours, I would say, but still a fraction of price...
