Feature Friday - From Hello to Hitched

*Disclaimer. If you aren't interested in posts on weddings, stop reading. As promised this isn't becoming a wedding blog, HOWEVER, I did let you know, from time to time, I would update you on the progress of my wedding planning. This is one of those aforementioned posts.

Now that we got that out of the way, we can get down to business. Today is a big day. My mom, Regan (the other half of C & C), and the mini fashionista are in town for the weekend (from the other coast) and we are going dress shopping!! What does that have to do with Feature Friday, you ask? Well, today, our first stop is Hitched Salon in Georgetown - and they've got a blog- From Hello, to Hitched. So, if you, like me, are in the process of planning a wedding, or you just like to peruse wedding blogs, check it out.

Now to the fun stuff. I have no idea what I'm looking for in the way of a dress, but I have no doubt I'll find something - because I definitely know what I'm not looking for. Here are a few dresses from the designers at Hitched Salon that strike my fancy.

And here are two dresses by the Italian designer Le Spose de Gio that I'm OBSESSED with (particularly the first)...and I can't find anywhere in the U.S. to try them on. Oh and the Italians are not so sympathetic via email. So it looks like these will just be a pipe dream. Sigh.
