So, here's a quick rundown of some of the fashion (+ my commentary) from this evening's Red Carpet. What were your Red Carpet favorites?
Host Anne Hathaway was all Hollywood Glam on the Red Carpet in Vintage Valentino Haute Couture.
I thought Mandy Moore looked beautiful at the Golden Globes, and once again she delivers in this fabulous Monique Lhuillier. The hair and jewelry are a perfect compliment to the dress.
Hailee Steinfeld knows how to dress age appropriately in Marchesa (she helped to design the dress). I'm not a big fan of the headband, but then again...she is 14!
I am sure there will be mixed reviews about Cate Blanchett in Givency Couture. This dress is so beautifully crafted, even if you don't like it, you have to appreciate the work that goes into such intricate construction.
Amy Adams usually shows a little more skin, but I think she is stunning in L'Wren Scott. Although, I don't love the necklace.
As far as wearing red on the Red Carpet, Sandra Bullock nailed it in Vera Wang. I prefer this dress to Anne Hathaway's.
I'm on the fence when it comes to Reese Witherspoon in Giorgio Armani Privé. The classic look (hair included) is reminiscent of Julia Roberts in Vintage Valentino (2001), which is one of my all time favorites, but at the same time it feels a little "bridesmaid" to me.
When I saw Hilary Swank in this dress, I would have never guessed that it is Gucci Premiére. I love these kinds of dresses on the Red Carpet...when else can you wear feathers and sparkles?
Wow the back of Cate Blanchett's dress is pretty intricate too! Cate Blanchett in Givenchy Spring 2011 Couture. #Oscars http://twitpic.com/44koqm
