Two Boots In One

During my first year of working at Rue de Shoe, we sold Hollywould shoes and boots. One of the styles we carried was a two-in-one short/tall boot. To make the boot tall, you added a sleeve over the top of your calf. We carried them in a fine ribbed black corduroy and a beautiful mahogany leather. Here is a Hollywould boot of the same construction.



Now the style has come full circle, and instead of a two-in-one, they have a fold-over construction. If only I had bought a pair way back when!
