Hot or Not?

This outfit just does NOT work for me. Usually Rachel Bilson makes great fashion choices, but this is a big miss in my book....especially the rolled up shorts. It's like they started as capri pants and that didn't work, so she decided to make them into Bermuda shorts. On a positive note, the shoes are cute.
