Since I've dedicated my blog in part to the cardigan, I thought I should look into the history of the sweater that I love so much.
According to Wikipedia, A cardigan is a type of sweater that ties, buttons or zips down the front and was named after James Brudenell, 7th Earl of Cardigan, a British military commander. I am glad the modern style of cardigans has evolved so much!
