Consign Design
For anyone in the Ketchum/Sun Valley/Hailey area (or anyone who is planning a visit), may I suggest you check out Ketchum's newest shopping opportunity, Consign Design. Located at 315 1st avenue, Consign Design sells designer clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories. I had the opportunity to preview all the treasures, and there are some incredible finds....Theory, DVF, Trina Turk, Gucci, Christian Louboutin, Dior and countless other brands. Their opening day is THIS FRIDAY, so anyone in the mood for some Black Friday shopping should check it out.

Shopping Challenge
Last week my sister sent me a link to these J Crew Lindy suede platform peep toes , and while I do agree they are pretty fabulous (in her words, and Rachel Zoe's, they are Ba-na-nas), they also cost $250. So, I told her that I would find a similar pair for less than half the price.
And I did...Say hello to the Ladi open toe suede bootie from Ann Taylor Loft. They are cute and budget friendly at $89.50.

JJ Scholl
Finding a new blog is somewhat of a blessing and a curse. While I love nothing more than taking in my daily dose of fashion, home decor, food & lifestyle, I find that it takes up more and more time.

A Royal Wedding

Designer Vi Hoang of Dolly Pearl was recently chosen as one of the winners in Daily Candy's Start Small, Go Big Contest. Her designs are feminine, elegant, and well tailored. Dolly Pearl is a one woman show, and since launching her website, she has barely been able to keep up on orders. I have a feeling she might be hiring...

Call For Duty
My family has a long history of service in the Army. In fact, four generations attended West Point. When my sister and I visited West Point in high school I couldn't fathom attending a school where the dress code included fatigues and steel toed boots. It's All in the Bag
I love a good handbag (we all know I lust after the Chanel 2.55), so it makes me especially excited when I find a bag that is unique and not one you see on every 3rd girl walking the streets of New York, Chicago or Los Angeles.
